Once upon the time Ray Rodriguez was a drug dealer ( ask him about his employment prior to ThyssenKrupp) he still has a really bad drug and alcohol habit, Suncoast business model on how they run their business is simple they sell and elevator job for ($ 20,000) about ($ 2,000.oo) goes back to the Board President or the Property manager depending who is more willing to take bribery. and later they sell the job to a street mechanic (who is not in an employee of Suncoast Elevator) this mechanic is willing to do the job under the table for $ 10,000. Now here is where the problem comes if the street mechanic gets in to an accident he is not cover by worker comp and since he is not an employee of Suncoast he is entitle to go after you, your building and your insurance. I hope you are not the next victim, is not cheap
