Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My daughter received a notice that she won a free vacation get away.  She contact the company and was told to attend a presentation and pick up her tickets.

On May 14, 2013 she and I attended the presentation in Illinois.  Please note she lives in Illinois and I live in Florida.  I was on vacation. We saw the presentation and then was taken into another room where a sales person start his pitch.  After about 15 mins I asked him about the voucher for the get away vacation.  He excused himself and returned with another person. This change and addition of personnel continued throughout the sales pitch.

The offer to buy their product started at $15,000. It went to $2,000 after about 1 hr.  I purchased at this price.  He exxcused himself again and this time he was so confident he left his packet on the table.  The next offer he waas going to give was $1,600. I should have smell a rat at that time. However, I fail to see the scam.  Also what should have send warning signals the receipt stamp no cancels/no refunds.  That was the very evening. No time given to change my mind.

I have not been able to use this travel package.  The places and time I requested was never available (Illinois, Georgia).   I decide well at least let me make good on the free trip. I already paid the $198.00 (extra).  No such luck.  The three dates I requested was not available and the available date was going to cost me an additional $500.  Remember this was a free vacation. Also the sales rep will tell you the companies are different.  I mention that if it was  not for the offer of the vacation I would not have interact with Sundance.

I have called this company several times from May 12.2013 to date and have hung up on them many times because of the nasty way the sales personnel spoke to me.  I got one person Bob, if that is his name, who attemptd to explained the package to me. I also got on webnir.

I called again after I was unable to get the cruise and have my $198 deposit returned.  When I told the sales person how hard it was to use the vacation package and the cruise and that their company is cheating people, she said no one forced me to purchased the package.  I hung up.

I got online, which I should have done long ago, and found all these negative review on this company.  Please note I did get my deposit plus the $50. for the webnir.  How can these people continue to exist.  I am still paying by credit card. I am of the believe that when you purchase goods you should get the goods.  You are led to believe you can go anywhere, but that's not so; they tell you where to go. False advertisement/presentation.
