The link the OP provided is is the guarantee for "Sundia Fresh Watermelons" not watermelon juice. The page actually says "Note that this guarantee does not apply to Sundia juices."

I like this juice, especially the watermelon pomegranate. I had been drinking a different brand because pomegranate is supposed to be good for you, but this one tastes a lot better to me. I also like the plain watermelon juice. I think you might just got a bad bottle. I followed the link to the guarantee since I couldn't imagine anyone guaranteeing a juice since it's so dependent on personal taste! I think you might have misunderstood what was written since that guarantee page looks like they're talking about their watermelons. Like any other food or product purchased from any store, if you don't like it, you take it back to the place where you bought it from instead of the manufacturer! That would be like trying to get a $2 refund from Coca Cola or Pepsi for one of their juice products! I can't tell you how many times I've bought food that for some reason tasted wrong, and I just took it back to the store for a refund.
