We at Sunglass Replicas represent all of our products with exact pictures. Unless this customer by some chance received the wrong item, this statement is false. The customer posting this mistruth contacted us with their disappointment. We informed them that they could indeed return said product for a refund within 14 days. We feel that 14 days is a sufficient amount of time for a customer to determine if they are satisfied with our product. After 14 days we do not accept returns. It is extremely odd to say that our product is "not even close" to the image. Our number one priority is providing the most accurate product and customer satisfaction we can, not misleading our customers. We think that a successful business is making ALL of our customers happy and we go out of our way to ensure this. We understand his frustration; however frustration doesn't justify a false report.
