sunnova solar Sunnova Solar lies, puts in systems that are not proper size and change or are unclear about leasing. they will tell you, you are leasing them and paying for what u use, then charge it so u pay what u generate Other
Sunnova was suppose to redo our solar set up to a smaller one and Never did. we were Suppose to be on a 20 yr lease and pay for what we use. Then they tell us our contract is to pay for what we generate. the system they put in is tooo Big and we ended up paying More then Edison. Then we had to pay sunnova And the electric company. we had error codes on error codes and it would take months for someon to look at it, then it would error again in less then a month. the Entire experience with this company was a disaster from the Min. the salesman walked off our property. I just wanttheir system off my property! I can NOT afford to pay them And Edison!! i got solar to save money and now i spend more!
