Laura: All this could have been avoided IF you would have READ WHAT YOU WERE ABOUT TO SIGN!!! I'm not going to type you a "so sorry" response and tell you what you want to hear. The fact is you've wasted your time here if you don't learn something. What you need to learn is to READ what you sign BEFORE you sign it. They did this to you because they know the "average" consumer is going to do what you did. Why not rise above "average"? Be well!

CONSUMERS UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM MEAN I AM REPORTING SUNRISE FORD FOR BAD BUSINESS ON THIS WEBSITE JUST LIKE THE OTHER FIVE REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY. I APPRECIATE THAT A CONSUMER AS MYSELF CAN WRITE A BAD REPORT AGAINST A COMPANY ON THIS WEBSITE.

This website is a forum where folks can post a ripoff report to alert others to a ripoff and ask for advice and others can post comments, rebuttals, etc. YOU have to do something or something isn't going to happen. I would suggest you consult an attorney to determine if you might have a viable lawsuit against them.
