I sure wish that I would have checked on this website first before going to these cons. I am just wondering why they are still in business after reading all these reports. I am adding my report hoping that someone might be able to stop these people.

I brought in a car advertisement for 15000. They said the total would be 18500 with all the extra fees Then I sign the paper work after being there for almost four hours. We drive the car off and I'm looking over the contract it says 27000 thousand dollars. I immediately return back with in the same hour trying to return the vehicle cause we did not agree to all of the added charges such as two alarms that amounted of 2100 dollars. We got screamed and yelled at by a sales manager Daemon stated that if we leave the car there he would have it towed.

So we met with the big boss by the name of James he too stated that he would not remove the alarm charges. So there we were stuck with 2100 alarm charges that I did not agree too. I went to the police they said go civil there is nothing we can do you, you signed the contract.

I then contact the Better Business Bureau they refer me to the DMV Investigations Dept. So now it is under an investigation. But I am sure they are going to say the same thing, we can't go over a contract.

Now I leave it up to this website to do something about this car dealer ripping off consumers.

Laura: All this could have been avoided IF you would have READ WHAT YOU WERE ABOUT TO SIGN!!! I'm not going to type you a "so sorry" response and tell you what you want to hear. The fact is you've wasted your time here if you don't learn something. What you need to learn is to READ what you sign BEFORE you sign it. They did this to you because they know the "average" consumer is going to do what you did. Why not rise above "average"? Be well!

This website is a forum where folks can post a ripoff report to alert others to a ripoff and ask for advice and others can post comments, rebuttals, etc. YOU have to do something or something isn't going to happen. I would suggest you consult an attorney to determine if you might have a viable lawsuit against them.
