On Dec 6th 2018 I dropped my 1998 Ford Crown Victoria off as in home garage was water on floor, no color taste or smell. was water. Ford busy we left, called later that day said Damage to car Dec 6th to Dec 11 2018 cost 2,423.19 to 20 year customer

OK So I went to a dealer ,they have been Ok ,till new owners took over and parts and service were always good ,new owners are pathalodgic liars.

I suggest Vince move to white house where his family resides,I have never known such dirty people
in a business place as big as Ford they have no law honest "customer Care"
We will never be at any dealers ship again.

This is certainly NOT warranty work! Why are you even going to a dealer for service when you could get much better prices, much better customer service, much more experienced people and HONESTY from an independent shop?
The well known FRAUD/DECEPTION along with poor customer service which is extant on the sales and financing floor have now flown into the shop just like raw sewage on a downhill street! That's a FACT!
