Sunrise Pools Of Plano Texas- Jerry Pyle Owner Over a year later we have no pool! Just lies and broken promises Plano Texas
Do not hire Sunrise Pools-do not be fooled by Jerry Pyle who claims himself a "Christian Good Old Texas Boy". He is a liar and a cheat!
It has been over a year and we still have no pool. Jerry Pyle of Sunrise Pools has 90% of our money and we only have 60% of the job complete. He has had 90% of our money since last summer when the deck was poured. He constantly promises he will be out and he will complete something. He will finally send someone around for an hour or two once a week to do something because he has accidentily picked up a phone call and you are on the other end screaming with frustration.
He builds houses with his church in Mexico & Central America, but he can pay his labor in the states. This is also a very good story for when you cannot get in touch with him or as to why he couldn't complete a part of the job.
Jerry's line and story are that someone didn't pay him and he is waiting for a check. In the meantime he doesn't pay his day labor (he has a terrible reputation amongst the day labor in Plano as a "very bad man"), so the only people that he can get to work for him is the poor un-suspecting Mexican who has not been warned about this man. This results in very poor and inconsistent workmanship when he finally sends someone around.
Our patio has no drains in it, which we have been told by 4 other pool contractors will have to be changed. We have been told we are very lucky the whole thing has not cracked or floated away. The antique brick that was used is a mess because his labor did not clean their equipment so we have grout all over the patio. Jerry claims he will acid wash it, but he has been claiming that since last summer with no result.
Our plumbing is not running under our patio as it should, but rather beside the patio because it was done 6 months later. We have no pool equipment that was suppossed to be delivered by Jerry last summer when the deck was finished.
The fence is still not finished and the pool not plastered.
Jerry Pyle is a liar and should be put out of business. He takes your money and does not complete the job and does poor workmanship. To ever finish the job will probably mean hiring another pool company to correct the poor workmanship, the mistakes and to install the equipment we purchased and paid Jerry for last summer.
If you want a pool, find another company- don't hire Sunrise Pools.
