I have been in contact with Sunset Group Feb 25/08. They have placed a full credit $7995 (US) on my Visa as of the 22nd of Feb/08. I appreciate Sunset resolving this issue for me. Thank you.

I received a call from Jennifer Snyder from the Sunset Group on Feb 15/08. She advised my refund was in process but they stopped the process as I posted a complaint to this website. I advised her I had sent two follow up emails to the Customer Service Center (CSC) requesting they contact me to discuss when I would be getting my full credit on my Visa. After not getting a response I posted the complaint on ripoffreport. Jennifer advised her legal department was writing a letter and she would email it for me to sign hopefully for Feb 16/08. The email received from Jennifer on Feb 15/08 was as follows: 'I apologize for the delay in getting this email out to you. However, I have been waiting for our lawyer to send me over the letter as they want it to be written, so that I can send it to you. I am hoping tomorrow I will have it for you. The rebuttal we would like you place on the RIPOFF Report would be something to the extent that you after speaking with a representative here at the Sunset Group, you had been informed that your refund was already in process and is being refunded as previously agreed.' I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed to me and to find out when I will actually see my credit on my Visa. I'm still hoping for a positive resolution.
