It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront.

You are no help!!! You just want to find out who is Justice. Also, you just lie to get people to contact you and make it seem like you want to help. CUSTOMER SERVICE, you are worthless!!!!! Doesn't matter under what kind of name you put response. Everyone DO NOT BELIEVE any fake response from the happy "consumers".

Dear Robert, I am very sorry that you have to deal with the scam artist at Sunset/VIP/RCI resorts. I wrote about my experience listed in 05/09. The VIP rebuttal that was sent to me was just a diversion tactic to look like they want to resolve the issue. I would suggest filing a complaint with the attorney general and let them begin investigating the complaint. Also file with the Better Business Bureau. If you can get one person to avoid this financial extortion then some justice will be served. Best Wishes. Justice

Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time getting your money back. I've heard via my girlfriends that if you email [email protected] with your membership number and whatnot. The customer service staff is usually helpful, so I imagine that they'd help you get your money back if at all possible. Perhaps they've been busy with timeshare purchases... so they've been slower to respond? Based on reading your reports, I know that you haven't had much luck with email... but Give it a try. I don't know why you made it seem as if you were so willing and eager to help, but just like the others at Sunset Group, there has been no response from you as well. Just more lies to make Sunset Group and your self look good. You and your organization will not last long stealing from people like this. I work hard for everything I have, this company has done nothing but cause problems and discomfort. I will get my money back as promised to me for all of my hard aches, and discomforts caused by Sunset Group, with or without your help. According to your response our post did not include enough information for you. Make it sort for you: 1. We went back before 5 days, to get our money back as promised, but they said we could, because the contract was a resale, we have to pay it in full first 2. When we paid in full, we tried again, send many emails, no response, when finally we get an answer, not this time (in October) but we get back our money in the next buy-back time in February 3. In February we got a response, you tried to cancel my membership without refunding our money, because why? you thought we just love to donate to Sunset Group $20,000 USD, it's called steal peoples hard earn money, if someone is unhappy with your services Be honorable and refund there money, as u promised. And why would I email you at ,@sunset.com.mx, to get no response again? It is waste of time. When we called in February Montse Castaeda was very rude and not helpful at all.
