I believe you are one of those uneducated individuals just mad with the world. Do you need the banks to rip off people in order for you to have low interest bank accounts? Wow! Laughable and unintelligent insinuation!
You must be a Suntrust employee or stakeholder for you to be so angry. You want to talk about my education. I am one of those 1% who are better educated than everyone in the world. I just turned in my dissertation and that's what ABD meant. If you are so angry pick on someone else or come be a witness in court. Right now, you are not doing anyone any good.
You seems to have enough time to come back and see this post. You must be depress or something. get a life. Someone must get these big banks to pay or rather get their attention that they cannot continue ripping off David just because they are Goliath.
Mr. Ken or whatever your name is, many people like me are waking up and smelling the roses to challenge Goliaths like Suntrust in court. You don't like it...good grief.

I just found out your comment by use google. I see what you went though. It happened to me 2 days ago. It is hard to explain because I'm deaf and Im trying to make my best I can on my English.
On July 9th I did paid $50.36, went on to check statement, it was already took $50.36 out of my balance which is good because I used my debit card with pin number though it. Ok now I have remind balance was $26 on July 16. The $50.36 from July 9 was adjust and moved to date to July 16. It send overdraft fee 3 times because I took $20 cash out of ATM on July 16 even though I didnt know Suntrust was adjust amount and date. I went home and found this out I had 4 times overdraft fee. I thought it was a joke. I went on to check online statement and I notice there was $50.36 is the one cause my balance messed it up. I knew $50.36 from July 9 I paid was cleared and was took out of my balance. I do not know why Suntrust move $50.36 on July 9 to July 16, cause my balance messed up. Suntrust motivational was to get money from me on overdraft fee thats what I thought.
I end up -$207. Thank you Suntrust for adjust amount and date changed make my balance messy. It dont matter if you are good at it math or checkbook...the bank on computer is doing something adjust it any way they want to get money from you.
I dont have checkbook with me I dont order checks. I always use my debit card and use pin number I always check the balance by online daily. And I never use as a credit. Because I learn my lesson from bank of america that was did to me overdraft out of control in 2008. So I opened sun trust and only use debit card with pin number...no checks, no use as credit on debit card. Oh man, still overdraft fee on me. I guess cash is only thing that banks can not fee on it because you are holding cash on your hands its your control not bank.

stupid, unable to balance a checkbook, poor people?
If you have so much money, why would they then single you out? How do they know who's poor?
Is "Poor" now a protected class?
Get a life and stop claiming phony credentials. It's OBVIOUS you are lying.

Why are you so angry? I bet you did not go to school let alone understand the post or the case. if you close an account and your bank charges fees into an account that you paid $10 to close, and then begin to harrass you, don't you think you will be upset and want to know why? You are not informed and that is why the anger is coming from.
I bet I have money than you can ever envision in your life. Read or take up a book. May be you will have better discernment next time. This post is meant to help those people ripped off by banks to the tune of 140 billions annually and you want to make silly comments about my education. Get a life, pal.

communication skills. Also looks like you degree doesn't help you balance your check book, hence the NSF fees.
These fees, you and others carelessly incur are beneficial to the rest of us, as YOU pay most of the banks account fees and allow the rest of us low cost or free checking. For that, thank you.
You can't possibly be a budding PhD, ABD or otherwise. You could NOT get your degree with your non-exsistent skills.
I don't know the merits of your case against Sun Trust, but your credibility is ZERO!
