Suntrust, demanded my mother to pay the full payoff includeing the repo cost my mother tried to work out a payment plan to pay the past due amount & she was already going to do that, but suntrust order the repoe anyway. My, mother was already going to pay the past due amount but they did not wait my mother was late in 2006 onetime but suntrust did not order the car to be repoed!. Know, this is what gets me upset suntrust knew my mother was going to make the late payment to get things caught up & suntrust repoed the vehicle anyway & the repoe men damanged it cause their is damange in the drive way, suntrust can keep the vehicle after what they did suntrust would not accept the payment, & my mother tried to work with them but they refuse!. My, mother did have legimate payment arrangment with suntrust & suntrust knew my mother was going to pay 02/16/2007 but suntrust decided to repoe the vehicle anyway my mother cannot pay the full pay off, well suntrust did send a repo man & my mom did had a legitimate payment aggrangements. Well, looks like suntrust is out the full pay off on the vehicle plus they have to pay the repo company the repo fees, I am not going to tell everything about this situation on this website. Looks, like suntrust lost out on all their money my mother was going to pay on 02/16/2007 the day suntrust repoe the vehicle, my mother is not even going to try to get it back cause suntrust demanded full payoff. If, suntrust had of waited they would had got two payments but suntrust did not wait so they are out of their money!.

Charles, two things: 1 - Don't you know by now that no matter how you sign your "reports", we will know exactly who it is? Even this "Anyoumous" signature is old (and I'm sure you meant "Anonymous"). 2 - Why do you keep posting reports on your mother's behalf? Why can't she come here and file her own report? OK, now regarding this "report". I seriously doubt SunTrust would send out the repo man if your mom had a legitimate payment arrangement with them. Banks don't like to repo vehicles. It is a strain on them, and they will never get enough at auction to cover the loan, and they lose money. Not to mention they have to pay the repo man his cut. It's just not good business. So, what have you left out? Maybe if it was your mother posting instead of you, we'd get the real story.
