Suntrust wrongfully reposed my mother vehicle suntrust said my mother was behind two payments & my mother was schedule to make a payment on 02/16/2007 & suntrust accepted these payment aggrangements, suntrust said my mother did not pay decembers payment this is not true my mother has payment receipts to prove she paid these payments.

My, mother was only behind for jan. payment which suntrust agreed to payment aggrangements for 02/16/2007, the repoe people came early 7 am to repoe the vehicle they had to force the vehicle down the drive way cause the vehicle was still in park probally messing up the transmission & the tires.

My, mother called suntrust to make the payment but suntrust would not accept any payments instead they where going to force my mother to pay the full amount on the car knowing my mother does not have the money to pay it, my mother told them to keep the car & she would file for banktuptcy to no pay them!.

Suntrust, wants to treat my mother unfairly & not accept the monthly payment suntrust just has screwed themselves out of their money, & they have to pay the repoe bill & damanges they done in the drive way!.

Suntrust, did not notifie their was any problem with the account & could not wait till 02/16/2007 for the payment, my mother was 30 days past due in 2006 but made payment aggrangements to pay 2 weeks after the due date they did not repoe the vehicle then, suntrust is playing some type of game & people do not need to try to get a vehicl threw suntrust like what I said they wrongfully repoed my mothers vehicle after accepting payment aggrangements. This, is a reason not to get a loan threw suntrust they do not hold their end of the promise!, & they back out of the payment aggrangements custormer service gets a F.

Suntrust demanded full payoff

Suntrust, demanded my mother to pay the full payoff includeing the repo cost my mother tried to work out a payment plan to pay the past due amount & she was already going to do that, but suntrust order the repoe anyway. My, mother was already going to pay the past due amount but they did not wait my mother was late in 2006 onetime but suntrust did not order the car to be repoed!. Know, this is what gets me upset suntrust knew my mother was going to make the late payment to get things caught up & suntrust repoed the vehicle anyway & the repoe men damanged it cause their is damange in the drive way, suntrust can keep the vehicle after what they did suntrust would not accept the payment, & my mother tried to work with them but they refuse!. My, mother did have legimate payment arrangment with suntrust & suntrust knew my mother was going to pay 02/16/2007 but suntrust decided to repoe the vehicle anyway my mother cannot pay the full pay off, well suntrust did send a repo man & my mom did had a legitimate payment aggrangements. Well, looks like suntrust is out the full pay off on the vehicle plus they have to pay the repo company the repo fees, I am not going to tell everything about this situation on this website. Looks, like suntrust lost out on all their money my mother was going to pay on 02/16/2007 the day suntrust repoe the vehicle, my mother is not even going to try to get it back cause suntrust demanded full payoff. If, suntrust had of waited they would had got two payments but suntrust did not wait so they are out of their money!.

Charles, two things: 1 - Don't you know by now that no matter how you sign your "reports", we will know exactly who it is? Even this "Anyoumous" signature is old (and I'm sure you meant "Anonymous"). 2 - Why do you keep posting reports on your mother's behalf? Why can't she come here and file her own report? OK, now regarding this "report". I seriously doubt SunTrust would send out the repo man if your mom had a legitimate payment arrangement with them. Banks don't like to repo vehicles. It is a strain on them, and they will never get enough at auction to cover the loan, and they lose money. Not to mention they have to pay the repo man his cut. It's just not good business. So, what have you left out? Maybe if it was your mother posting instead of you, we'd get the real story.
