Sunwing Airlines Does not honour Price Drop Guarantee Toronto, Ontario Canada
Purchased 7 airline tickets from Sunwing on 24 July 2012 for a family trip. The Sunwing Representative (Julie, 514 871 1319 ext 7242) confirmed that airline tickets purchased before 31 July 2012 were covered by Sunwing's Price Drop Guarantee. The Sunwing Representative (Julie) did not inform me that I needed to "register" to be cpovered by this Price Drop Guarantee. Spoke and wrote to Sunwing Customer Service on 26 December 2012 and Sunwing refuses to honour Price Drop Guarantee. Wrote to Mr Colin Hunter, CEO and received another call on 12 February 2013 from Sunwing Customer Service (Sandra, 514 871 1319 ext 7056) indicating that Sunwing will not honour their Price Drop Guarantee.
