I ordered a car lift on June 9, from Super Lift from Nixa MO on the internet. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-4 weeks. I called in 5 weeks and they said it wouldn't come until the second week in August. I complained that wasn't what they told me and I asked if they could get it to me quicker than that. I talked to a guy named Donnie, who I assume is their shipping manager. He said he would see what they could do and get back to me in a couple days.  I didn't hear anything from them so called and e-mailed them again. At that time all I got was a recorded message that the boss had had an accident and was in a coma and they were in the process of getting a power of attorney so they could do business. I've called and sent e-mails since and recieved no response. Some calls I've made, the mail box was full and some I got the same recorded message about the accident, but was able to leave a message.  



I paid for the lift when I ordered it by electronic transfer. My contact, Dustin Rose, advised me this was the best way as they would give me a discount that way instead of paying by credit card which would save them the 3% credit card charge. My bank is doing a fraud check on this company and trying to get my money back.
