Super Service Recruiting not trustable! They refuse to acknowledge when they are wrong! Use of very new Recruiters who don't know anything or very little about the company or it's past. Kim Denton sends automatic emails for every contractor that applies! She lies all the time to contractors. Newer Recruiters such as Britney Snell  try! But every contractor has to be approved, apparently thru Kim Denton. So if you have applied be4 and she didn't approve you!(For whatever lie she can come up with!) She won't approve you, if in front of her again, re-appling! So Newer Recruiters simply end up passing on company lies! Some I'd imagine know! Others however, do not! None listen to what the Contractor tells them for Lease Purchase Owner Operator Contracts! Request multi-year from SS, No-dice! Due to L/P Contract with another company, (who Partners with SS) being Multi-Year regular (No Walk Away) Lease Purchase Contract for equipment. Super Service separates Hiring Areas for O/Ops and Company Drivers! Can't believe what they put online, on the Hiring Maps! Again, another web of lies! SS claims they are "For" the O/Ops! Yet they seem to do everything they can, to hinder operators. Despite recommending Contrators take the 70% of Gross Offered vs. Mile Pay! Their one and only redeeming quality? Who knows! My experience with them, very negative! Don't like working with ignorance or inexperience (same difference!) Thank you!

This company does not like to bother with O/O or L/P. Its too much trouble, recruiters don't like to do any work. Yu mentioned Kim Denton, trust me she has no authority to demy or accept an O/O or L/P. No one wants to work but easily points the fingers at others for the reason theey can't meet thier quota. Yes, there is a quota So telling lies to get you in is key. Keeping you is another problem. Depending on the mood of the day. Once your hired the recruiters could care less what happens to you And don't let the sign on bonuses fool you. Stay far away from these people.
