Supercuts in general are a rip-off. Burien stylist the worst
Provided by YP.comFirst did you know that the price of "up" on their price board means a dollar a minute after the first 20 min ? The stylist takes "extra" long time to do your hair so she can make extra money and doesn't let the customer know. The stylist tried pushing down my throat services and products I didn''t want or need, then go ticked off that I wouldn't and didn't want either. She "scrubbed" my hair and scalp with her nails abraising my skin, burned my neck 3 times and didn't apologize or care. Did it more after telling her to stop and never pulled the hair dryer away. It was definitely burning my skin! The snap on the cape continued to burn it was so hot. She roughly pulled my hair while drying it and then had the nerve to charge me $30 for a service that at the most, should have been only $20, that I have had elsewhere. THEN she DOUBLE CHARGED my account $60. If I hadn't caught it (I check my account everyday) she would have scammed me out of more of my money. They are RIP-OFFS!!! I will never go to a Supercuts EVER again. Be aware if you choose to use them! Make them tell you what they are "uping your price to and check your bank account if you use a credit card!
