to whom it may concern..

my name is kenyatta. I am so disgusting with financial benefits. First I want to say they have the worst customer service reps i have ever ever ever came in contact with. I was lied to about this program. I was told that I would be recieveing a credit via fedex 15-20 after my payment was taken out of my checking account. I have called 866-367-4919 at least 20 times since then and each time they told me that they was experiencing a major delay in sending the credit card. I was told that I would recieve my card and yes she stated my credit card not a package in the mail by the end of march.

no card came. I called back they said maam your card will arrive the beginnning of april. No card came I called again, maam we're still experiencing a major delay and that she didnt know when my card would be sent again she used the word card not package. I called the end of april, me and one of those reps got into a very heated argument because I ask if this was a delay back in february why is the delay not being fixed instead keeps getting longer. She told me it does take a genius to figure out what a delay was. We were batteling back and forth. I ask what kind of customer service is this and she told me the kind i paid for.

This is just ridiculas. This is only one of many incidents I had with the people at that customer service number.

Today May 18, 2004 I called back and spoke with a Daniel Willis, as if he gave me the correct name, was the only person since February that told me I was never going to get a credit card in the mail instead a package that helps you rebuild your credit. I was shocked and couldnt completly understand whether or not he thought i was in another program or something. I say this because each of the 20 people I talk to before stated that my credit card was delayed and that it will be shipped to me by fedex. Each time I called my statement was " yes my name is kenyatta my zip code is 60617 I want to know if my credit card has been sent out." Not once did they ask me what credit card they just said the whole delay thing and brushed me off the phone.

I am so disappointed right now im sick. I thought I was recieving a credit card to help me rebuild my credit. I would have never paid this money for a benefits packages as they put it. I have been waiting on this since March. I didnt have $299 to give your company just to send me a package on how to rebuild my credit. I called today and stated I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor and Mr Daniel Willis told me that there are none available. i ask him if they are customer service managers why would they not be able to take my call. He replied that " thats not what they are here for". again shocked at this service and tone his was giving me on the phone.

I feel like my money has been stolen from me and he basically said "well this is what you paid for and this is what you are going to get". I hope this email reaches someone of importance because i plan to fight this til the end. all i want is my money back.

EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605
