Complaint Review: Superior Benefits - Champlain New York

date 4-16-2004 i just wanted to let everyone know today my check came from global benefits i couldnt believe they actually sent me a check for the money i didnt believe they really would but they did i guess thats case closed i hope others can accomplish what i have it just shows you can beat it you just need to be determined for those that have not gotten refunds keep trying dont give up they can be beat once again thank you ripoff and every one else you all really helped alot you guys are the BEST i am so glad i found this site i will refer to all the time.

4/14/04 Since i last wrote i realized i had been ripped off by this company I did search after search and got information from other reports on this site I since contacted my bank contacted my state representative and told all of them about this scam i reported them to the bbb in my state and found there was over 150 reports made I wrote them a letter telling them that I reported them to all these places and that I know they are a scam and just put tons of facts I had gathered against them I put every name in the letter of the people i had delt with and told them if i do not recieve a check in the mail within a reasonable amount of time i would be taking all of them to court.I since recieved my money back from the bank not superior but at least i got my money and I know the bank will make sure they get there money back too but however i did recieve a phone call from Global Benifits and the gentleman told me he recieved my letter and was sorry for any confusion that the agreement was that you dont get the card till you mail out all them apps they give you in the packet which i know is bull because that was not the agreement i never even was told about the packet till it showed up at my door he told me i would recieve a refund check for my full $299.00 I payed because i told him i was not paying shipping for that folder of junk. I have not recieved the check yet but i already got my money so im not really all that worried its the banks problem now but i hope this helps other people to get the refund they deserve also and thanks to rip off report I avoided another credit card scam today form usa credit or usa platnum what ever they want to be called thank you rip off report and all the other people who filed complaints.
