EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

I was contacted by phone and was told I was approved for a 2000$ credit card. There was a fee of 299.00 and I would receive in 10 business days from bank draft date via fedex. So I went along with it. They deducted 299.00 on 10-15-2003 from my credit card.

I waited till like nov called they said they would trace this kept being the story when I called in every week. I finally got something in January which was not a credit card it was a credit repair pack with discount lawyer info and stuff of that sort.

Upset I called and talked to a supervisor and told him that I was promised a 2000$ cc and that's not what I got and I wanted a refund. He said that I get that 1st and I should get a letter from the bank that I have to sign and return and I would then receive the credit care. He said its usually w/in 2 weeks so I said ok.

I waited and waited and waited. I called again again and again and was told it's coming. I then requested to cancel and get a full refund in Feb and was told I can't. I told them I can. I never got what I was told a 2000$ cc. They said they would go to archive the original call contract and listen and call me back. They are refusing to refund me and never call me back.
