We called the customer service number at least 4 times a week and talked to so many people I lost count of thier names.Keep in mind we have been dealing with this since November.We did not give up and finally recieved a refund in mid febraury, minus $30.00 in "processing fees". I don't feel like we should have been responsible for any fees as the problem was all thier fault. Lets face it all the new customers with the same old complaint leads me to believe the selling practice have not changed. However I am glad to say at least some of our money was returned and the ordeal is finally over. I will never knowingly do business with this company. Good Luck to the rest of you that have fallen for this scam. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
