I filed a previous report on this company but called them Superior Credit, I know realize the name is Superior Benefits.

We,like many othes were contacted by a phone rep offering us the deal..2000 credit limit om a credit card for a fee of 299.00. We were first told we would recieve the card(by fed-ex) on Nov 14 and use it to pay the fee( by transferring money from the card to our account). When that date passed and no card arrived we called the company and were told that rep had incorrectly stated the info and we must first pay the fee...which we did.

Then I discoverd this site and realised there was going to be a problem. The arrival date for the card and packet changed several times.( then we discovered there would not be a card in the packet).We then told them we wanted a refund .

We were told there would be no refund(by several reps).However, when the packet arrived there refund directions included. When the infamous packet arrived we followed the enclosed directions for getting a refund.We also took the step to track the packet back to the company,they recieved it on Dec.29 and still no refund, even though it says we would recieve the refund in ten days of them recieveing the packet. I have talked to three reps who assure me of a refund minus 30.00 in fees. They now say that is out of thier hands and is being processed. Will I ever get my refund.??????

We called the customer service number at least 4 times a week and talked to so many people I lost count of thier names.Keep in mind we have been dealing with this since November.We did not give up and finally recieved a refund in mid febraury, minus $30.00 in "processing fees". I don't feel like we should have been responsible for any fees as the problem was all thier fault. Lets face it all the new customers with the same old complaint leads me to believe the selling practice have not changed. However I am glad to say at least some of our money was returned and the ordeal is finally over. I will never knowingly do business with this company. Good Luck to the rest of you that have fallen for this scam. DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
