i am writing as so many others have because the company superor benefits ripped me off and i am pissed. on dec 27 someone called me from superior benefits and offered me a credit card with a credit limit of $2000.

well it sounded too good to be true but i believed them well at the end of their promo speech they told me i had to pay a one time processing fee of $299.so i told them i didn't get paid until the 1st of the month and they told me that i could set the draft to happen at a later time. so they took the money out on the 4th of jan(2004).

well around the 28th of jan nothing had come and i got upset so i contacted them and they said there was a back order and to wait until 30 days had passed and if i hadn't recieved anything to call them back.

well i called back and they told me the same thing again well this time i was really upset and i told them i wanted my money back, but then they told me that they had already sent out my papers. so i waited a little longer.

march 4th came and still nothing and it was too late for my bank to do anything so i started calling anyone i could think of. the ftc, bbb, state attorney general for both states and that's how i got this ripoff report thing. by this point i just want to inform everyone of their scam and hopefully get my money back

EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605
