So, this is actually the second time i have wrote a report. Ever since I discovered this site, I get on it all the time and read about how superior benefits has ripped off so many people who believe them, because, well they do sound legit.

They got me too, but unlike most of you, it is way to late to go to my bank and try to get my money back. I was called in September, my money was taken on September 12th Today it is January 17th, and all I got from this company is a useless packet full of s--t. Has anyone of you guys tried to purchase anything from there "on line catalog" with the $1000 gift certificate? I refuse, There has got time some outrageous shipping fee or whatever.

And the card that is supposed to give you discounts at certain hotels... NO it doesn't. Isn't this s**t illegal? I mean, how can someone do this. Take peoples money, and never deliver.

I have called on several occasions. The last time I called was a couple weeks before x-mas. I was literally screaming at the "customer service rep" over the phone. She wasn't anwering my question. I asked her for Superior Benefits phone number, and she said she didn't have their number. I said, you work for a company and don't even know their number. I also asked her if our conversation was being recorded.

She got angry with me and told me no it wasn't and that was none of my business. I responded by saying, to hell it's not, you don't record converstaions to cover your own a*s don't you!?

OOHH she got mad, she was like, "DO I call you at your work and yell and accuse you of thingS" I said no you don't do that, but you call me and sell me big fat boxes of bull s**t. Needless to say the conv. didn't go well. I haven't called them again, I have written a letter though,. Let's see if I hear anything.

Is there anything we can Do? Can't we all get together somehow and take these people down? I don't know about you guys, but I want $2299.oo back from these #%&*'s. They owe it too me. $300 is a lot of money, especially when you are a just graduated college person that doesn;t have two cents to rub together like myself. Is there any advice from anyone out there.

WHat can we do. I am the type of person that does not like to be taken advantage of, and when someone does, I get my way. One way or another. And I am dead set on getting my way. I will not give up without a fight... who's with me?

Let's see what we can do, I want to take these f***ers down, exuse my language, but that isn't the worse thing I can call them right now.

Any response is welcome. I am not going to put my email address on here, but i will be checking this site periodically for responses to my complaint. I am not crazy,. just pissed.
