Warning about extreme HCA!!!!Do not get anything from Xtreme HCA. They are a bunch of liars. They act like angels to sell and devils when you want to cancel. The product does not work and when you call to cancel they act like animals. They will not connect me to a super visor. I was given a date of 11/15/13 to cancel. I had call on the 14th but no one picked up the phone even though the rep line said the wait is one minute, I waited like 10 minutes on the phone. Then I called back and I waited another 15 minutes and still no one to help me.  It's like they have a phone system that recognizes the number and does not let you go through. Then I called the next morning which was also the date they had said to call in to cancel. Instead of being helpful, both of the representative that I spoke to insisted that the future shipment was send out and I will be charged $90 for something that was not working but now I will get an additional two bottles more. I was never told 15 th was when the new shipment will send out. It makes no sense that they will give the cancel date that they had given me Is the same as shipping date. They should have said call back 14 th.  They insisted that the previous representative had said that. It's a total lie. They dare to say that I hear wrong. I did not hear wrong they said call back on the 15 th to cancel if I am not interested. I did call on the 14th  anyway but no one would pick up. These people are a rip off, a scam, the devils even. They did this so that they can charge you for a product that does not work. I told them I can return the item and they said no, that I need to keep it and just eat it. They are the rudest and most unprofessional animals that I have ever talked to. Then they hung up the phone on me. I called back and got hung up after I explained my story. I got the same attitude from another representative. Its useless. I will call up my credit card company and file a dispute. I am disgusted by these people and the way they treat people. As if they are saying too bad it doesn't work. You still have to pay for it and we'll charge you for two more bottles because we got your credit card. I would never order anything over the phone again. I would never want to have another one if these experiences.
