I too have a complaint with this company.  Now the first customer service person did tell me about the cancelation, but i told to cancel now i just wanted the garcina and cleancer.  she said ok.  I never recieved an emailthat i had to cancel in or    days cause i thought i cancelled it on the first conversation.  when i was charged again for the dvd. i called and was mistalked to by cutomer service.  I asked if the recording can be pulled or can i talk to a supervior or manager and was then told  look im not going to argue with you and was hung up on.  I called back and weas told the same thing again who she said her name was susan and she was the supervior and there is noone over top of her and that the recordeing could not be pulled.  so my problem was not taking care of just rude customer service to get me off the phone.  She also told me she could not pull the name of the first two people i talk to.  this place is just a scam all together  so i guess lesson learned on me.   I hope this help and future buyers to be ware
