Superior Fields Management Richard Reyes not paying for work done !!! Phoenix Arizona
we answered an ad for Landscaping yard work on Craigslist.The company Superior Fields hired us to cut and weeding yards on foreclosure homes. We started immediately I was given a list of home to go cut yard within a certain date line! Everyday we got a new list,we were told that we would receive payment in 30days from the day we submit invoice . I would submit everyday with a confirmation from Richard when he received it. We would communicate a lot through email and a few phone calls. Every time the job was more than what he wanted to pay we were to submit a bid to see if we will get it at the price that we were asking for. Every bid was always approved within 30 minutes.after working with him for a few weeks we started asking about a payment and he would always come up with an excuse that he had not gotten paid yet and that we would get paid when he got paid. He then would start to threaten us about not getting the job done on time and if we couldn't get them done by that day that he would give the work to somebody else. We explain to him that driving all over Austin and surrounding areas were getting costly and needed to get paid . Was told payments was mailed out but after a few weeks we received nothing . He started to avoid our calls and emails! I found out the companys name that was giving him the properties to manage and I called them. At Safeguard properties I spoke with a lady by the name of Rosalie and I told her what was going on and she said she would get back to me, two weeks later still haven't heard anything from the company ,call them back again they told me that this time people from the overhead company were going to get involved ,3 weeks later still nothing .I called again was direct to vendor management department ,was told they were in charge and somebody would call me back , called again and was told vendor managemen regional was in charge was given another extension to call, called and spoke to a guy named Steve and till this day(a year later) i still cant get an answer about the company they hired that didnt pay me my money !!!
Superior Fields Management went by another name also, Intergrity Asset Management.They put ads out on craigslist looking for people to help cut graases on homes that are foreclosure homes and also clean them out . The person in charge is named Richard Reyes and is a scumbag and a fraud!
He owes us $2,356.00!!!!
