Ok back in August 2014 i was contacted by one of SMS's agents, they had an emergency no cooling call for one of there customer and they couldnt get anyone to take the call. So trying to do the right thing and as a business owner always looking for a new customer i told them my rates and that i would bill them net 10 days, teh agent Demi Eger was very agreeable and sent email confirming all of this. So i sent one of my techs out to do the call, and we werent able to gain access due to the fact no one told us that the property manager reqquired paper work to be filled out before we could be let up on the roof a day later when i could get all the paper work they need to them we didt the call sent all the paper work in to them as per there request and i still havent gotten paid for the $350 they owe me. I would stay away from this company as a vendor and as a customer they are a rip off frud. dont do busisee with them they will rip you off also.

I just realized that they are claiming incomplete service, that's a load of crap i have all the paper work and so do they!

No more staling just pay the bills you owe your company contracted with me to do the work and do so in good faith and here we are almost 2 1/2 year later your reply to me is ops we will looking in to it!
