On July 19, 2004 I obtained Superstar Properties information from an ad in a local newspaper. I called and spoke with Conrad Anderson. He was a very convincing liar. I believed his sales pitch and gave him my credit card number and signed a paper he sent to me. He stated he couldn't sell our timeshare without my signature. I signed and sent it back.  I never heard from him since.  I called, the phone was disconnected.  I sent a return receipt requested letter to the Pompano Beach, Florida address. The letter was sent back to me with a new address. I again sent a return receipt requested letter. It also was sent back to me address unknown.

Before I had any dealings with Mr. Conrad he suggested I call the BBB in Florida to confirm his business was listed with them which I promptly did. The BBB gave him a very good report! I then signed the "contract" so to speak and he proceeded to rip me off for $599.00.

To this day I have not heard from Superstar Properties Manager Conrad Anderson.  I do have the "Owners Vacation Home Form" with all information pertaining to the sale of our timeshare, including the credit card information I used to pay him.  I had no where to turn so I chalked it up to a learning experience.

Today, September 15, 2010, I decided to type in their website to see what came up. I wasn't really surprised to find he ripped off many other people. I was surprised to find the BBB gave the company an F when they assured me his business was on the up and up!  Obviously, he even fooled the BBB!

Superstar Properties & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

We got a call from Superstar Properties out of Florida. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways
