Superuser Networks failed to give me the respect that I deserve as a Supernetworks Customer. I signed up with them for webhosting because it had the works; Domain, Email, PHP, Fast Hosting etc. Well right after I signed up it took about a week,(when they advertise that my domain name should be set up "in about 24 to 48 hours"), for them to set up my Domain and when I emailed [email protected] I received no response so I asked to have my account canceled.

Right after I canceled it I checked my bank account only to see that they had charged me for April right after I asked them to cancel it. The only time anyone decides to contact me after I contacted them several times for help with their service was when I put "Dissatisfied Customer" in the subject line. If this is what I have to do to get a response when I have questions about my account this is horrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Last but not least when someone did reply he was not supportive at all. This is the response that I finally did receive from the wonderful people who work at SuperUser.Net:

Dear Ms. Peters,

What are you talking about? We have CANCELLED your account and REFUNDED the $6.95 fee to your credit card # 4725********** on 4/1/03, on the same date you sent your cancellation email you quoted (below). That was a credit transaction, meaning that you received your money back, it was NOT a charge to your credit card! Look at your statement again or check it with your bank. We have records to prove we gave you credit of $6.95, so don't

try to intimidate us with Better Business Bureau, while we owe you 0 (nothing) and there is no business relationship between us.

The amount was $6.95 not $6.98 as you stated, so if you are looking at $6.98, this must be a charge from someone else, NOT us.

It's hard to believe you confused credit transaction (money going from us to you) with a charge transaction (opposite thing happening). All I can say is look at your credit card statement again.

Yeah, so there ya go. I have documentation of everything from day one. If they don't know how to give respect they won't receive any in return and I have a file waiting for them.

I just wanted to make a few other statements and clarify some things.

An update to my report is in order due to the fact that this issue has been brought to my attention once again. I just wanted to make a few other statements and clarify some things. My reason for making this report is because I have worked in retail for over 11 years now and I hold customer service in the highest regard when it comes to running any type of business. Friendly and Communicative customer service is what keeps customers coming back, it is what people will remember you by. During this time when we are at war and our economy is in a financial drought it is especially important to be kind and communicative to those that you do business with just for the sake of keeping your good name and allowing those you do business with such a good feeling about doing business with you that they will want to tell their friends about your services. This is how you keep your customers and on top of that make more. I am sure that we have made a few mistakes and were not nice at some point in our business lives. If you can realize your mistakes you can change them... if you continue to deny your mistakes you will never realize them, you will never change and never make any progress. My Original Report was filed because I wasn't getting answers or replies to my emails for support until I was upset enough to complain and that is the main reason why it was filed..NOT soley because I thought my account was not credited. The only thing that has changed about my original report is that I later found out that my account had been credited and not charged. I was not aware of the credit because I never received a response as to whether or not my account had been canceled or as to whether my bank account was credited until after I made the report and upon viewing my bank account statement noticed the minus sign in the credit. My main concern was that when I needed help noone responded. This concludes my report.
