I own a small business. This company called and talked to one of my employees and gave him a line about the "cost increase on toner". They then shipped a toner cartridge for some piece of Panasonic equipment (we don't have a single piece of Panasonic equipment in the business, with the exception of one telephone!), The cost - $758 for something that's commonly available online for about $108.
To put the icing on the cake, they charged $106.12 for "shipping & handling". It was shipped via UPS Ground, which - IF - I had ordered it, should be about $12.00. This is a pure, unadulterated scam.
