I also trusted this company especially when they told me if I did pay them $3500 that if I did not get my loan modified they would refund the money. I furnished everything requested and kept sending person documentation. After not hearing anything I would call and leave messages that were never returned.
Later after a long time I received a call from Clay Reddick, the attorney he said the business was basically closed but he would try to assist me because he felt so bad that employees did not follow thru or did things incorrectly. He did call me quite a few times and I felt he was trying to help. I never received a modification or a refund. My house is still in foreclosure and a sale date has now been set. I did everything humanly possible to get my loan modified.
