Surban Propane Angier Office We were cheated out of a propane delivery. The Gentelman usually ring the doorbell and we go over the tank amount togther? North Carolina
I am very hurt by the service of the Suburban Propane Company located here In Angier, North Carolina. We have been LOYAL customers for YEARS and this is How we are treated? Our Tank was never at 0.0 gallons. Kim at Suburban told me it's a Percentage? That is a blatant lie. The Bill we received was very high . We didn't even use the fire place that much?? I went out to check the gauge and it read 25 gallons. The bill states 43.3 gallons added into the tank . I just renewed the tank rental as well approx. about $67.00. Coincidence? If we were at 0.0 gallons Kim we wouldn't of had a flame in the fire place? I hope people read this because we feel very violated. If you treat LOYAL customers this way your company here in North Carolina will not succeed. Cheating customers does not = SUCCESS. Maybe it's not to late to cancel the payment :)
