We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. SurePoint Lending prides itself on excellent customer service. We receive over 100,000 applications a year, and as you can see, the number of complaints is very low in comparison. Brian Wilson left the company during your loan process. Due to confidentiality, we cant go into details on your situation, but the terms of the loan can change throughout the process due to qualifications, or trying to meet a customer's requests. I spoke with Brett Berg, and he states the two of you did speak and discuss your loan and what restrictions we had. In addition, with the industry so volatile right now, underwriting guidelines can change without much notice. I'm sure you see the same, being in the business yourself.
