Susan Tierney is ripping us off of our tax dollars by not providing the service she is paid for.
My daughter went to her for help and was treated like she did not exist. She was turned away and told that it was not the right time. Her close friend had a similar experience.
She needs to be reviewed. I am contacting the Frederick K-12 board to discuss this
