I ordered a rebuilt tranmission on 5/23/14 and was never given a tracking number. I email and call and was given a bogus tracking number for something that was delivered to Charlote NC back in 2013. Something is seriously wrong with the customer service and I have never been given a straight answer to when and where my part is. I purchased this auto part for $740.00 that includes a warranty that after reading customer complaints and reviews it would not be honored it nessacary. The website looks legitimate but I feel it's a scam ran out of Nigeria and I will never see my part.

Dale is a liar and John? They say there is a John but he will never answer his line. Someone will pick up but refuse his name is John. Rude arrogant and like you said professional con artists. I ordered a transmission that took a month to arrive but is defective and won't line up with the torque plate. It's centimeters from lining up, I got the same go ahead and send it back. I told them they can make those arrangements and I will not pay to ship back a faulty part. I'm filing with the Attorney General and the Fraud Dept.

Yep. I'm out $740.00 John, Dale, AJ, James all have lied to me when and where my part is. They failed to include my name on the shipping so it was refused and now SW Engines chrged me 3 times for the delivery and 25% restock when I tried to cancel. I was hung on and told oh well you are no longer a customer and was hung up on. I am out $740.00 Buyer Beware!!

This company continues to lie to me. My part is not been delivered and it's been 14 days past due. I cancelled the extended warranty due to lack of confidence they would even honor it. I was sent an edited invoice but never received the refund to my credit card. "Dale" straight lied to me and said he refunded right when I cancelled but the 5 days has already passed and it still has not hit my account. All lies. No refund. No transmission. I'm out $740.00 they never respond to emails or answer the automated phone service. Shady.
