received credit voucher for $300.00 to purchase several items plus money from me. sent 179.95 for RCA stereo/CD changer with speakers,sent check and their credit voucher and received nothing.

In response to the unfortunate event with Regina from Prosser, Washington I have shopped with Sweepstakes Clearinghouse for over eight years and I have never had a serious problem. In fact, I have lived in four different states in that time and the staff at Sweepstakes Clearinghouse has been great with updating my information and getting my items shipped to the correct address. If you believe that you are going to win the sweepstakes by purchasing something from businesses such as this then you are severely mistaken. I participate because of the flexible payment options and the quality American made products from RCA that are available. The only problem I've had with them was when they upgraded their system and my lay-away account balance did not record a prior payment, but that issue was resolved quickly. I never give rave reviews of small companies based on the fact that most of them have terrible customer service, but Sweepstakes Clearinghouse has been okay with me for all these years. No, I do not work for S.C. nor any of its' affiliates. I don't like to see negative comments about a good company spread throughout the Internet.
