This is in response to John Gutierrez, the operations manager of sweepstakes clearinghouse. I called the bank myself and asked them what was that $219.00 debit from my account and after researching my account it was sweepstakes clearing house that debited my account. I sent my card information to your company to purchase a camera so I thought but I have not received anything. With my card your company does have access to my account. I also tried to call you John and I all got was a answering machine. No where on your greeting did it say you are with sweepstakes clearing house so if this is another scam please don't bother.

October 18, 2005 Dear Bridgett, We are in receipt of your message and appreciate the opportunity to respond. The different offers we have sent you are not related to each other. They are just separate offers for different prices of merchandise. Like most mail order companies, we also charge reasonable shipping and handling fees. Sweepstakes Clearinghouse has been business for over twenty years and has thousands of repeat and loyal customers. On a final note, Sweepstakes Clearinghouse has no connection with not being able to access your bank account information by telephone. If you need further assistance, I may be reached at 214-915-7317. Sincerely, Sweepstakes Clearinghouse John Gutierrez Operations Manager
