Sweepstakes Clearinghouse deceptive company frauds and deceives abuse and mistreats consumers swindlers doesn't give a d**n slow never process orders ripoff late fees and excessive charges Dallas, Texas
Sweepstakes Clearinghouse advertises itself as a prize giveaway. Although the products (once you finally receive them) are not so bad the steps you must take in the process is hardly worth the effort.
This company does not offer refunds. They take your money and if you decide you don't want an item and wish to cancel they refuse to honor your wishes and send and refund. I also noticed that they charge excessive fees. I would pay and keep track off payments and each month a different amount would appear on the layaway coupons. They could not or would not explain the price difference.
The customer service department is less than helpful. They do not follow simple directions. This company has failed to send items that I paid for. They are abusive toward the customers acting as if they are doing us a favor. There is a whole lot of consumer fraud going on with this company. They are ripping people off.
All I want is the items that I have paid for and the ones with my money already paid on them to be shipped. Although they did not seem so bad in the beginning I have noticed that I along with others have more to complain about in regards to Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. I just want to clear up my matters and hope that no one else has to suffer the mistreat this company tries to dish out.
