I have ordered many items with this company. I have always received them. Sometimes it has taken a while to get here. I just ordered a fireplace and it came damaged by UPS. It was returned. I have been waiting for the replacement. When I did not get the replacement in the time I was promised I called the company. They put 3-day express on it. This person should contact the company whose real name is Allied Marketing Group. Their phone number is 214-915-7000. Please also advice this person about the COD. If you read their material closely, it does say that shipping charges are additional. That would mean that the shipping charges would have to paid COD. I as shocked when I received the first order and did some investigating after I received other offers and read every detail. You need to think that if you send money for what is exactly left, and shipping charges are additional, then how are you going to pay for those besides COD. Thank you for your time. I believe there is a lot of confusion around this company, but they have been in business for many years.
