In 2002 sweepstake clearing house sent me a voucher to purchase a surround sound radio system. After paying for a couple of months I decided that i did not want to continue and would therefore like a refund.
I have since written sweepstakes clearinghouse, call them and i can't seem to get a clear answer as to when i will be able to receive a refund of my money.
