this company sems to be willing to work with me on my original complaint. and is in the process of making my order complete and i should be receiving my order in about 1 week. So i will let everyone know what happenes from there.

We just reviewed the message posted on April 1, 2003 and would like to provide the following information. According to Chasitys e-mail, she requested to cancel her layaway account and receive a full refund of monies paid. However, like most layaway accounts, her account is not technically eligible for a refund until paid in full. That policy is clearly stated on the order form she submitted. Furthermore, a $1.00 per month layaway fee applies to all layaway accounts. In any event, in order to maintain good customer relations, we will be more than happy to comply with her request and issue Chasity a refund. In order to locate her account, we will need Chasitys full name and address, including zip code, so we can research our records. Once we have located an account, we will be happy to address any and all concerns and resolve this matter. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to respond to this matter.
