John If Sweepstakes Clearinghouse/Allied Marketing Group is so concerned about customer satisfaction then why do they never return calls or messages or E-mails like they sya they are going to. I ordered a computer system from this company and was not sent everything that was supposed to come with it and received hardware that will not work with my printer and I sent E-mails and even talked on the phone with someone from there but never got any resolution to the problem. And I sent them all the information they needed also. So how you can sya that customer satisfaction is very important to this company is beyone me. It seems to me the only important thing to this company is getting peoples money then avoiding the responsibility of delivering the merchandise ordered. I know that I am going to the better business bureau and the attorney generals office on what they done to me, and I suggest everyone else do the same or they will continue ripping people off. I gave them plenty of time to resolve the situation and they have done nothing now I want my money back and will do everything I can to get it back. This company caring about it's customers is a joke. Becky, a very unsatisfied ex customer.
