Received "Document of Award Payment". Containing official looking document numbers
seals, and red stamped with attached copy of a check for $ 1,400,000.00. There were two areas
requiring initials and one a signature. With following direction: enclose a fee for
$19.99 made out to D.R.D. Main Payment Office Director. The receipt of this
check or money order will enact delivery of the enclosed check.
