Sweet Home Vacation Orlando Florida. Clement NG and his so called Operations Manager Larry Chu if that's his name which he hesitated when I asked his name. On May 27, 2016 I spoke with Jennifer Hoang about renting unit OV4179 for vaction dates July 11th threw July 16th Davenport Florida Internet
On May the 27th I spoke with Jennifer Hoang about renting unit OV4179 which I had to put down a deposit of $300 dolllars to reserve the reservation in which I had to use my credit card for the deposit. I was then told by her that I would receive a email letting me know that the dates was excepted by the owner of the property and that the email will instruct me what to do next. On the 28th I received an email stating that the dates I wanted the property for was not available, I then called and spoke with Jennifer I explained to her how fustrated I was in booking because a unit because I have put several deposits down and every unit is taken for my days. She asked if my dates was flexiable I told her no. She proceeded to say I will send you pictures of other propertys to look at and see if I would like to rent. I called to let them know that I didnt like what I saw but it was the holiday weekend that just passed Memorial Day. I called today and was told by Larry Chu that I could not get my money back for unit OV4179 because it was agreed by my to rent. I explained to Mr. Chu that Jennifer sent me an email that technically forfeits the unit because their system was not updated since 2015.
So I asked him why would not receive my money when they was renting me a unit that was already for my dates. He said he could not give me my money back. I then asked who is the person that manage the property he said he was the operations manager, so I asked for the name of the person who owns the company Sweet Home Vacations he said he could not give me any information no name or number. I said clearly there is someone else I could talk to within this company besides you and he got huffy and said I can't give you that information. So I got on the internet and typed in detailed info and found that this company has been doing fraud activity for awhile and that their are other people who have got taken from them Beware they are using Home Away as a Marketing tool but you are not going threw Homeaway who insures your money from this type of situtation.

We thank you for your feedback in regards to the booking process, which we are continuing to refine and to improve on the reservation process so that it is easy and free of any issues you may have experienced.
You had initially inquired about one of our home which was available, but soon became unavailable as another guest had reserved it. Our reservation agent had then contacted you and quickly assisted you with searching for alternative accommodations that would work for your group. We then received your deposit of $300 as well as the rental agreement for the vacation home OV4179 that our reservation agent had been working with you closely on to accommodate your group for the dates of July 7th, 2016 to July 16th, 2016. Your reservation was then confirmed by us and an email of the confirmation had been sent to you.
When we were notified by you on May 31st, 2016 of your intention to cancel the confirmed reservation, the cancellation policy as stated in the rental agreement would be applied as your reservation had already been confirmed.
According to the rental agreement, for a cancellation of a reservation within 90 days to arrival date, the deposit is not eligible for refund and instead held as a credit for a future reservation.
We definitely value your feedback and have since employed a more lenient cancellation policy, which allows our guests to receive a refund for their deposit minus a small $25.00 processing fee to give greater flexibility to our guests as there are always uncertainties that may arise when it comes to planning a trip.
