 Hello I worked for Swift transportation for 6 years as a O/O driver. I have a excellent driving record, safety on time all that. I struggled and struggled to make the miles and pay the overhead let alone get a settlement to take home to family to live on. I've had some good time when the miles were there and they didn't deduct from my check from charges I didn't owe.. but as the years went on and on and I was closer to being able to purchase my truck they started shorting me miles, taking money from my settlements taking load off me without any notice, making me dead head empty. I had dead head mile one month totaling 4000!! I constantly was on my DM about the miles and load to and fro so I never had to sit around and this is what I got back.. I got, your being to demanding you get wht we have, we can't give u loads we don't have. Brent smith and Cindy jones told me this in a daily basis. Cindy is the manager of the Costco fleet but yet her hand safe tied? And Brent smith my DM continued to lie to me saying he was working on it. When the day came and went and he was off on his way home, I'm left to sit in my truck and wonder ? And all I get from rapid response when I call to have them help me with my check is run around.. the manager Jeron Bean is rude and unscrupulous and I can't believe he raises his voice and talks to people to say he does. No one cares at swift! No wonder they have a lawsuit. They steal from there o/o and say it is our fault... I would never work for them again or advise anyone to do so! They have don't nothing but render me penniless and near homeless...
