Swm Laboratores unauthorized bogus charges. I was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling. Internet
I placed an order with smw lab, on may 1, they took money out of my account on may 5, 2009. The product was mailed to me after this. Today is the 20 and i already had money taken out of my account on the 19th. I was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling. I spoke to the billing dept in reference to the charges of 87.37. I was told that i had to read the contract that stated 15 days trial or you had to cancel.
Well this has not been 15 days. I was told from the time i ordered until now. I explained to them that these were bogus charges, and they would be reported to the better business bureau. They claim they did an upscale to have my money put back and that i need to call back in 3days, which i will. I am not totally satisfied because my account was overdrawn, and i have two thirty-five dollar charges because a 16 dollar bill went through.
