I spoke to SWM/Nubodi NUBODI company representative on 01/14/08. I asked the representative how come the company charged me $87.31 without my authorization. The representative told me that I had 14 days to cancel the membership. I said, But I never signed up for any membership. I did not click on any agreement box with the order. I did not verbally or in writing authorized you to charge me $87.31. The representative said it was too late and that the company already had shipped me one months supply. I asked the representative if I could return the product and get my money back. The representative told me that the company has no return, no refund policy. Once again I told the representative that I never asked for one months supply. I told the representative that their web site is misleading. The web site states just pay $3.95 for the trial and thats all. The representative told me that he was NOT refunding me my money. The representative told me to scroll down the web-site page and read the terms. I told the representative that the membership agreement should be attached to the order that by clicking this box, you the consumer are agreeing to the membership. I told the representative that the web-site hid the terms. He gave me an address that I could write to if I wanted to file a complaint. Basically the company palmed off their product on me. SWM/Nubodi NUBODI may not have bad intentions, but the company needs to clarify to the customers that by ordering the trail, theyre signing up for the membership. The web-site is misleading.
