SWMNubodi Another report about the apparent FRAUD that they are committing! Internet
My experience has been similar to several others. I ordered the free trial of colon cleanse. Received it in a timely manner and began calling and calling to try and cancel the outrageously expensive follow-up orders. No answer, no answer, no answer. That's when I tried to Google the name of the company and discovered the other people that are complaining and dealing with them. I have yet to get a hold of the company by phone.
I have talked to my bank and explained what has happened, have offered to show them numerous copies of complaints and they stopped payment on future orders.
However, today, I checked my account and there was a charge from Nubodi for the exact amount quoted in their letter: $87.31. I called the bank and the bank apologized and a supervisor told me that the only way to stop the charges in future is to cancel my debit card (because that is the card I used) and get a new debit card.
So, now, I have to get a new debit card and then dispute that charge---which may take up to 2 weeks!
I cannot believe that this has happened. For future Internet purchases, I will only go through Paypal or be sure of the site that I am communicating with!
What a way for someone to make money!
