SWREG, Digital River, MyCommerce, Sleep Learning They sent goods totally opposite to their online description. Instead of receiving 'subliminal CDs', they sent fully audible CDs instead. That amounts to nothing short but FRAUD. Minnetonka Minnesota
I thought I was buying subliminal learning CDs, English to Spanish. To my amazement, the CDs were clearly audible and both were the same (one was supposed to have been totally masked/silent). Ordered Nov 19 14, received Dec 04 14.
All attempts to contact SWREG, Digital River and MyCommerce failed. Tickets were posted and direct communication was also attempted through their "Shopper Contact Forms". No response from the fraudsters, ever.
I came across this website (RipoffReport) by happenchance, whilst trying to find ways to communicate with the fraudsters.
Because they promote and sell absolute rubbish (crap) under false pretences, they ought to be closed down and monies shown in their ledgers, refunded to the poor suckers they fleeced (like you and self).
If ever they say that you ought to contact the manufacturer, simply say == "If I buy goods in a supermarket which are faulty, I would not accept the store manager to say to me -'Go to Xia-zhe in Asia, that's where they were made'. I would say -"You took my money, YOU fix or REFUND"==
I am hoping that SWREG (or by any other identity), will be closed down soon, so that cannot grow richer by sucking trusting people dry.
