This man is a total con man. I went into partnership with James Kiger around April or May, a 50/50 deal. He would do web sites, I would do tech work. James ended up on the street and I gave this man a place to live. At the end of the day he kept 90% of all monies made, lied to customers scamming them about computer hardware they "needed" which they didn't, he lived essentially free of charge offering nothing towards his support and finally weasled out of town in a matter of hours.
At last count he was in Lakeland, Florida and was very verbal about moving to "Texas" where his father lives although we believe he is either still in Lakeland, Florida or has gone back to Indiana. The two characters who showed up to load his stuff up were from Indiana using a cell phone belonging to a woman in Indiana.
Be very, very careful doing business with this guy. I only wish I had known to look here (Ripoff Report) before I entered into any dealings with him. It's not only money I lost in this so-called business venture, but the literally thousands supporting and feeding him all those months right up to and including a Vonage phone line for his business which, by the way, since Vonage lists every phone number ever called or received per number, I'm sure Mr. Kiger would be relatively easy to track down via his phone calls to and from family members. My attorney is looking at that currently.

First and foremost, postings to internet pages with one side of a story makes it all the more believable. Secondly, claims, false or not, make their way into search engines, where the claims get passed about, thereby doing damage where damage should nto of been done. With that being said, this individual, who posted this report, is a convicted felon. His crime, theft of customer's property. His name, Kirk Johnson. Do a search through the Pinellas County Public Records, notice all his aliases.
Secondly, there was NO partnership involved in tis business. I did all the work, he expected half the money. I did NOT want to get back into tech work with computers, he did. Amazingly, I ended up doing that side of it as well, while he had his hand out. His contribution, sending a few emails here and there. His diagnosis, its a over-heating problem, for everything! My issue of housing, was also brought on by this individual, so lets make sure it is clear as well. There was a business website, for a individual he knew, that was a sure thing (much like every business thing he had in mind) that never panned out. It was for an e-commerce website, that according to the actual customer, had never been agreed to, contrary to what I was told by this person here.
I had agreed to pay a deposit, cable, phone, etc. on an apartment on this "mans" word that he had the site, just had to get the money, etc. It didn't pan out. He offered me a place to live, sadly, had I known the psycho routine meltdowns this bi polar individual suffers from on a daily basis, I would of gladly gone on to Texas as was my plan. However, his claims of "thousands" of dollars is an absolute lie. I paid rent and bought groceries and handed over proceeds to a non contributing individual.
Lets set the story straight, it isn't his house. It is his mothers, it isn't his income, it is his ederly grandmother's retirement and his mother's disability. Speaking of that, his duties to his grandmother involved him screaming and yelling at her (she has alzheimers), leaving her lie on a tile floor (one time for about 4 hours), screaming at her "I wish you'd f**king die". I lived there for a total of 6 months, that is it. June to December. Thank goodness I finally left, as both of my dogs were beginning to have major anxiety issues (not eating, weight loss) because of the constant stress this individual places on those around him. He doesn't have an attorney, nor does he have much of anything. He sits around plotting about what to with his "stuff" after his family members all pass away. It really is sad, truly sad.
He can't even set up ACT (a contact manager) on a server like he professes to be an expert at. The Vonage phopne line he is screaming about, I didn't WANT IT. I wasn't asked about it, it was just popped onto me. Much like everything, allocate resources that may not be there for things not needed. Like business cards, etc. Anyways, enough of the rebuttal. This person didn't loose thousands of dollars (he doesn't have thousands of dollars to begin with). I paid all the hosting bills, all the software purchases, etc. Just wanted to set the facts right.
