Synco Properties Rude and unprofessional: any complaint you bring just "didn't happen" North Carolina
The most unprofessional company to deal with. They will argue with you, call you names, and just flat out refuse to address any issue brought forward.
Maintenance requests are ignored by office manager, Sharon at Ellington Farms. This would require work. She is only here to incite high school drama, yell at residents, and talk on the phone. Or hang out with her friends. Even when you are trying to speak to her about a real issue.
She has shared my personal information with other residents. I have had her call me at work to yell at me for reporting maintenance issues to corporate. She has done this to other people as well.
She has belittled other residents to me, she has talked much trash about me to other residents. This is one of her favorite activities. Her superior Nicole in Charlotte and her come up with nicknames for people and call us a gang.
Sharon has verbally attacked many residents, old and young alike.
Any issue you report, “didn’t happen” even if there are photographs or recordings.
Property grounds are not maintained, dog poop everywhere. Trash routinely left in clubhouse, gym has been cleaned once in 6 months at least. Poop stations do not get emptied. Breezeways get full of trash and no one walks them to even check on them, unless they know a superior is visiting.
False advertising: they do not participate in PooPrints even though I was expressly told they do. The pool is chlorine, not salt.
Every time I say to myself I am going to try to get through this lease, they do something else outrageously inappropriate and rude.
